Processing Time
Most orders are processed for fulfillment and shipped within five business days once the order has been successfully placed.
After the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery usually requires 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and transportation provider.
Transit estimates may sometimes change due to:
• customs clearance, inspections, or processing requirements
• delays within the carrier’s transportation network
• weather conditions, route disruptions, or other logistics issues
We appreciate your patience if shipment delays occur for reasons outside our control.
Tracking Your Shipment
After dispatch, you will receive an automatic email with your shipment tracking information.
You can use the tracking details through standard parcel tracking services to follow the status and progress of your delivery.

Shipping Cost
All orders include a fixed international shipping fee of $2.99 USD.
Delivery Coverage
Worldwide delivery is currently supported.
If shipping to a specific region is unavailable due to carrier restrictions or logistical issues, we will notify you as quickly as possible and assist with an appropriate adjustment.

Updating Delivery Information
Shipping address updates must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is placed.
After that time, the order may have already entered processing, and address changes may no longer be accepted.

Different Billing & Shipping Addresses
Customers are allowed to use a shipping address different from the billing address entered for payment.
Order Fulfillment Schedule
Order processing and dispatch take place on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Weekend orders are normally processed on the next available business day.
Warehouse & Manufacturing Fulfillment
Depending on available inventory, products may be fulfilled from regional warehouses.
Certain items may also be produced and shipped directly from manufacturing facilities in the United States, Canada, or Australia, based on stock distribution and logistics arrangements.
