FAQ – Customer Order Support
How to Place an Order
Add the products you would like to purchase into your cart.
Proceed to checkout with either the normal checkout option or PayPal.
Fill in your email address, full name, and shipping details.
If a promotion code is available, enter it in the Discount field.
Review your address → enter payment details → click Complete Order.
You will see confirmation on the website and receive confirmation by email. Support: service@solentrra.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact customer support with:
Your order number
An image under 1MB that clearly shows the problem
Once verified, the correct products will be sent to you free of charge. Email: service@solentrra.com
Confirming Orders
Look for your confirmation email containing the order number. If it has not arrived, check the spam or junk folder.
Modifying Orders
Requests for changes are accepted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is placed. Later requests may not be possible after processing begins. Contact: service@solentrra.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Select product options → Add to Cart
View cart: Click the shopping cart icon
Adjust quantity: Update the Quantity section
Remove item: Select Remove
Recommended Browsers
Use the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge/IE for smoother browsing.
Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Payments
Choose PayPal → sign in → confirm the transaction → return to order confirmation.
Applying Discounts
Type your promo code → select Apply → the discount will appear in the order summary.

Cancellation Policy
