Return Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders are eligible for cancellation before they are dispatched or before production work has started.
If the cancellation request is approved before shipping, the full payment will be returned through the original payment method.
After an order has been sent out, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns
Return requests are accepted within 14 days after the customer receives the product.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet these conditions:
The product must be unused and remain in the same condition as received.
The item must be sent back with its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be supplied.
Please contact customer support before returning the product. Return instructions must be received and followed before shipment.
Customers will pay no more than a single shipping fee overall, which may include both initial shipping and return shipping when applicable.
Restocking fees will not be charged.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and checked, a confirmation email will be sent to let you know the return has been processed.
You will be advised whether the refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, typically within several business days depending on payment processing times.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not arrived:
Review your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as posting may take several days.
Contact your bank, since refund processing times are not always the same.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be sent after the request has been approved.
For returns caused by personal preference or other customer-related reasons, return shipping may be paid by the customer.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, return shipping costs will be covered.
